Let’s Talk About Mental Health

It’s okay to feel sad, tired or worried sometimes. That’s why we offer mental health awareness sessions. In these small group chats, you can:
  • Learn how to deal with stress or anxiety
  • Hear from others who feel the same
  • Talk in a safe, private space (or just listen)
You can join these talks in person or online on Zoom or Telegram. You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member too.

Fun Activities to Lift Your Mood

Sometimes, the best way to feel good is to get out, meet others and have fun. We organise:
  • Walks in the park
  • Game nights
  • Group lunches or tea mornings
  • Craft and music sessions
These are open to all ages and backgrounds. Everyone is welcome.

We believe your background is important. We support faith and community-building programmes where you can meet people who share your beliefs and values.
